Yes — the event is held in an air-conditioned indoor convention hall, making it comfortable across weather conditions.

Ample, secure, and well-lit parking is available on the Palace Grounds premises.

Absolutely. Reserved seating is provided for senior citizens and specially-abled guests, with accessible entry and facilities.
What should I wear?+
Traditional Indian attire is warmly encouraged — think ivories, saffrons, whites and pastels. Comfort matters, as seating is floor-based baithak style.
Will food be served?+
Yes — curated satvik food stalls will be available. Devotee and Vrindavan Circle passes include a satvik dinner.
Are children allowed?+
Families are welcome. Children under 5 enter free with a guardian. We recommend the experience for ages 8+.
Can I get a refund?+
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable up to 48 hours before the event. Contact us for name changes.
