1. Acceptance of terms

This page is maintained by Rudraa Entertainment, a part of N M EVENTS, to set out the rules and expectations for using our website, purchasing tickets, and attending our events. By accessing the site or buying a ticket, you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets and entry

A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets are issued per person and must match the attendee details requested at the gate. Rudraa Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry for invalid, duplicated, or resold tickets.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you agree that no refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, or event modifications.

Doors open at the time published for the event. Late entry is permitted only at the discretion of the venue and event staff.

3. Code of conduct

We ask all guests to respect the spiritual and cultural nature of our events. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, intoxication, or conduct that endangers others may result in removal from the venue without refund.

4. Photography and recording

Professional cameras, recording equipment, and drones are not permitted without prior written permission. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for event documentation and promotional use by Rudraa Entertainment.

5. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. Rudraa Entertainment and the venue are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where caused by proven negligence.

6. Changes to the event

Artists, schedules, and venues are subject to change. We will communicate any material changes through our official channels as early as possible.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

8. Please Do

• Wear traditional Indian attire to celebrate the spirit of the event (recommended).
• Carry a valid entry ticket/pass at all times.
• Respect the devotional atmosphere and fellow attendees.
• Keep the venue clean and use designated waste bins.
• Follow instructions given by event staff, volunteers, and security personnel.
• Take care of your personal belongings.
• Attendees are solely responsible for their footwear and personal belongings. The organizers shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Participate with devotion, positivity, and respect for all.

9. Please Don't

• No Alcohol.
• No Drugs or Narcotic Substances.
• No Smoking, Vaping, or Tobacco Consumption.
• No Weapons or Hazardous Materials.
• No Entry Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs.
• No Outside Food or Beverages (except for medical or infant requirements).
• No Misconduct, Harassment, or Offensive Behaviour.
• No Littering or Damage to Venue Property.
• No Loud, Disruptive, or Non-Devotional Behaviour.
• No Unauthorized Commercial Photography, Videography, or Live Streaming without prior approval.
