All sales are final
All tickets for Rudraa Entertainment events, including The Bhajan Collective — Vrindavan Edition, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, or event modifications.

2. No refunds
We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for tickets once purchased. This policy applies regardless of when the request is made or the reason provided.
3. No transfers
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or gifted to another attendee. Entry is permitted only for the person whose name appears on the booking.
4. Event cancellation or postponement
In the unlikely event that Rudraa Entertainment cancels an event entirely, we will communicate the available options via email and our official channels.
If an event is postponed, tickets will typically remain valid for the new date. Refunds or transfers will not be issued for attendees unable to attend the rescheduled date.
5. Force majeure
Events impacted by government restrictions, severe weather, artist illness, or other circumstances beyond our control will be handled according to the specific announcement made for that event.
6. Unauthorised resellers
Tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers or transferred outside our official channels are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, entry, or customer support. We recommend booking only through our official ticketing partner.
