Refund Policy

1. Overview

This page is maintained by Rudraa Entertainment to explain how refunds and cancellations work for our events, including The Bhajan Collective — Vrindavan Edition. Please read it carefully before purchasing tickets.

2. General refund window

Tickets may be cancelled and refunded in full if the request is received at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. Refund requests made between 7 and 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future Rudraa Entertainment event, at our discretion.

Requests received less than 7 days before the event are generally non-refundable, except in cases covered below.

3. Event cancellation or postponement

If Rudraa Entertainment cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund to the original payment method or the option to transfer the ticket value to a rescheduled date.

If an event is postponed, tickets will typically remain valid for the new date. Ticket holders who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within the timeframe communicated in the postponement announcement.

4. Force majeure

Refunds for events impacted by government restrictions, severe weather, artist illness, or other circumstances beyond our control will be handled according to the specific announcement made for that event. We will communicate all options clearly via email and our official channels.

5. How to request a refund

Email your booking confirmation and refund request to hello@rudraaentertainment.com. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Non-transferable and resold tickets

Tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers or transferred outside our official channels are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or customer support. We recommend booking only through our official ticketing partner.
